If you are interested in how what we eat impacts our health then Channel 4's recent health show, The Food Hospital was a must watch.
Each week a team consisting of a dietician, a GP and a gastric consultant explore a series of conditions for which there is good evidence that nutrition can help or support. In many cases these are chronic conditions for which conventional medicine has limited solutions.
Working as a nutritional therapist I am used to seeing people's health and energy improve as a result of nutritional intervention and it is very rewarding to see these three NHS professionals demonstrating huge benefits to their patients through dietary change.
If the show has inspired you to think about your food and lifestyle choices and you are looking for professional advice to address your health concerns then please call me or submit a query via my contact page.
Best wishes, Caroline
