Managing change can be a challenge for all of us, so it is important to understand what is realistic, achievable and affordable in a given period of time. During consultations:

YOU identify your goalsI listen to your needs and constraints and develop a way of healthy eating that works for you and your lifestyleWE negotiate changes that are manageable and realistic for YOU to achieve

You don’t need to be fearful of dietary changes - they do not have to be extreme to deliver benefits. Gradual change is easier to introduce and sustain and often even small changes may reap generous rewards. I will be there to discuss any obstacles you may face in making changes and help you find workable solutions.

Altering your diet does not have to be hard - it can be a journey of exploration of new flavours, foods, meals and food habits. I can help you by explaining the benefits of particular foods or food groups and advise on how to increase these or introduce them into your diet.

For some people there are be benefits from limiting or excluding certain foods, but if this is the case then I will negotiate these changes with you and suggest alternatives that are realistic and practical for you to adopt.
